This fee grants the franchisee the right to operate a single Workout Anytime club under the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement. The fee can be reduced or waived based on certain factors such as location, ownership of multiple clubs, and the franchisee's experience and creditworthiness.
Monthly Royalty Fee (6% of Gross Revenues)
Franchisees are required to pay a monthly royalty fee of 6% of their Gross Revenues. This fee is for the continued use of the Workout Anytime brand, systems, and ongoing support provided by the franchisor.
Brand Development Fund Fee (Up to 2% of Gross Revenues, currently 1%)
Franchisees must contribute to the Brand Development Fund a fee that can be up to 2% of their monthly Gross Revenues, with the current rate being 1%. Pre-Opening Training and Assistance: Before the opening of a Workout Anytime club, the franchisor provides an initial training program for franchisees or their designated manager and one other person. This "Initial Training" is designed to ensure that they are well-prepared to operate their club efficiently.
The training is conducted approximately 9 to 12 weeks prior to the club's opening. While the initial training is provided, franchisees are responsible for travel and living expenses incurred during this period.
On-Site Pre-Opening Oversight: Workout Anytime offers assistance with respect to pre-opening and opening activities. If the franchisor provides on-site training assistance during the opening week, franchisees will bear the associated expenses.
Employee Training: Franchisees are solely responsible for hiring, training, and supervising their club's employees. They must ensure that their staff is efficient, competent, and courteous, maintaining the high standards set by Workout Anytime.
Marketing and Promotion:Workout Anytime assists franchisees in formulating marketing plans, advertising, and promotional programs and materials. They also maintain a website that provides information about the system and the products and services offered by franchisees.

territory
protection?
Franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory. This means they might face competition from various sources, including other franchisees, outlets directly owned by the franchisor, and other distribution channels or competitive brands overseen by the franchisor.
While franchisees operate from a specific approved location, relocating requires the franchisor's consent. If a location becomes unavailable, efforts will be made to assign a new territory. However, this reassignment is contingent upon existing territorial constraints and the presence of other outlets.

a passive
investment?
Workout Anytime's franchise model does provide some flexibility to franchisees. Specifically, they do not require franchisees to personally operate the Club on a daily basis. However, there are certain operational requirements that need active attention.
The business must have daily direct supervision by a certified manager. This manager, upon successful completion of Workout Anytime's training program, must be certified by the company. It's important to note that this on-premises manager cannot have any business relationship or interest with any of Workout Anytime's competitors.
While individual franchisees are not obligated to be involved in the day-to-day operations of their Club, they have an individual responsibility to ensure that all franchise obligations are met. This includes the requirement for on-site supervision by at least one primary operator, who could be a manager, owner, or an employee who has undergone the necessary training.
