Initial Franchise Fee
Upon the execution of the agreement, the franchisee is required to pay an initial franchise fee of $50,000. This fee is fully earned by the franchisor upon the agreement's execution and is non-refundable.
Royalty Fees
Throughout the term of the agreement, the franchisee must pay a weekly non-refundable royalty fee equal to 6% of the franchisee's weekly Gross Sales. Additionally, there is an option for a fixed fee Royalty Fee structure, starting from $1,500 per week in the first year and increasing over time.
Technology Fee
Franchisees are required to pay a monthly non-refundable technology fee for access to Business Management Systems and other systems designated by the franchisor. The franchisor reserves the right to implement and change the technology fee and the services covered by it.
Brand Development Fund Fee
The franchisee is obligated to pay a Brand Development Fund Fee as set forth in the agreement. This fee is for brand development initiatives.
Transfer Fee
In case of a transfer of the franchise, a transfer fee of $10,000 is applicable. This fee is due after franchisor approval and before the execution of final transfer agreements.
