Initial Franchise Fee
The Initial Franchise Fee is a non-refundable fee of $40,000.00, which must be paid in full upon the execution of the agreement. This fee grants the franchisee the right to operate a The Camp Transformation Center franchise.
Royalty Fee
Franchisees are required to pay a Royalty Fee equal to five percent (5%) of the Center’s Gross Sales. This fee is for the continuing right to use the System and Marks associated with the franchise.
Marketing Fee
In terms of marketing, franchisees must spend $6,000.00 monthly for Local Marketing of their Center until the franchisor notifies them to pay or spend a different amount. Additionally, once a System Marketing Fund is established, franchisees will be required to contribute up to two and one half percent (2.5%) of the Center’s Gross Sales to this fund.

Initial Training
This training is provided without charge at a location designated by the franchisor. The training includes a comprehensive overview of the franchise's operations, focusing on the unique aspects of The Camp Transformation Center's business model. The instructors for this training are Trainers and Training Managers with a minimum of two years of experience in fitness center operations with the franchisor or with other similar systems.
The materials used in the Initial Training include the Manual and other materials such as various videos. The franchisor may modify the training programs at any time and may develop audio-visual and other training materials, which could be provided at a reasonable charge.
On-Site Training
In addition to the initial training, franchisees may be offered on-site training at their location. This training is designed to ensure that the franchisee's staff is well-versed in the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, including the use of proprietary products and software, confidential electronic and other communications, and marketing programs.
Ongoing Support
The franchisor also provides ongoing support and may establish an online management and communication system for The Camp Transformation Center operations. Franchisees are required to participate and comply strictly with its requirements, which may include additional training components.
