Pure Sweat Sauna Studio, established in 2017 by founder Candice Bruder in Nashville, Tennessee, has carved out a unique niche in the wellness industry. The franchise  began its franchising journey in 2018. Its studios operate under two brand names: Pure Sweat + Float Studio and Pure Sweat Sauna Studio.

Initial Franchise Fee

Marketing Fee

Technology Fee

Franchise Renewal Fee

This is  $5,000 due upon signing a Franchise Renewal Agreement.

Transfer Fee

The greater of 1% of the purchase price of your interest in the Franchised Business and $12,500, due at the time of transfer.

Initial Training Fee

There is an initial training fee of $7,500 due upon signing of the Franchise Agreement.

The training provided by the franchisor for Pure Sweat Studios franchisees includes several key components:

Initial Training Program

• Before the franchise business begins operations, the franchisee (or the owner) must attend and successfully complete the initial training program offered by the franchisor. This training includes both classroom and on-the-job portions. 
• The classroom portion is provided via video conference or other technology, while the on-the-job portion is offered at one of the Pure Sweat Studio locations in Nashville, Tennessee. The franchisor has the right to reduce the duration or content of the training program for any trainee with prior experience.

‍Onsite Training

• In addition to the initial training, the franchisor provides approximately 24 hours of onsite training at the franchisee's studio. This includes consultation, advice, and training during the period 2 weeks before or after the studio opening.

Additional Training and Consulting Services

• The franchisor may offer additional training and consultation upon the franchisee’s request. Additional training programs may be designated as mandatory or optional, and the franchisor may charge a reasonable fee for these services.

The Pure Sweat Studios franchise provides territory protection for its franchisees. The franchisor designates a protected territory for each franchisee based on market variables such as population and demographics. 

This territory is protected in the sense that the franchisor will not operate or grant rights to others to operate a Pure Sweat Studio business within it, as long as the franchisee is not in default of their agreement.

The Pure Sweat Studios franchise emphasizes the need for personal participation in the operation of the franchise. 

The franchisee, or their appointed manager, is required to be actively involved in the day-to-day management of the franchise. This requirement suggests that the franchisor does not support a purely passive investment approach for franchisees.
