Initial Franchise Fee ($10,500 - $40,000)

The initial franchise fee for a Novus Glass franchise ranges between $10,500 to $40,000. This fee compensates Novus Glass for granting the license to operate a Novus Glass Business and for the initial training and assistance provided.

Royalty Fee (6% of Gross Revenues or Minimum Monthly Royalty Fees)

Franchisees are required to pay a non-refundable monthly royalty fee equal to the greater of:

  • 6% of the Gross Revenues from the sale of any and all Products and Services sold in or from the Business.
  • The Minimum Monthly Royalty Fees, which start at $350 beginning in the 4th month after signing the agreement, increasing to $500 from the 7th month onwards for the remainder of the term.

Advertising Fee (6% of Gross Revenues)

  • Marketing Contribution: Franchisees are required to pay a non-refundable monthly marketing contribution equal to 2% of their Gross Revenues from the sale of any and all Products and Services they sell in or from their business.
  • Local Advertising: Franchisees are obligated to spend at least 4% of their Gross Revenues on local advertising. All Yellow Page advertising done in accordance with the franchise agreement will qualify as part of this 4% local advertising obligation.
