fees?
Initial Franchise Fee
The Initial Franchise Fee is $50,000, paid in a lump sum upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This fee is non-refundable. A discounted fee of $25,000 is available for veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who meet the requirements of the VetFran Program, or for First Responders.
Royalty Fee
The Royalty Fee is 5.5% of Gross Revenues for the first year. Starting from the 13th month, it is the greater of $1,000 or 5.5% of Gross Revenues.
Advertising Fee
A minimum of $200 per month, which may be increased up to 2% of monthly Gross Revenues.
Transfer Fee
A Transfer Fee of $15,000, plus any broker fees related to the transfer. Additionally, a Resale Consulting Fee of $7,500 may apply if the company assists in selling the Franchised Business.
Renewal Franchise Fee
Upon renewing the Franchise Agreement, a Renewal Franchise Fee equal to 15% of the then-current Initial Franchise Fee being charged to new franchisees.
Technology Fee
A Technology Fee of $170 per month is charged through the end of the Agreement term. This fee is subject to increase upon thirty days' notice by the Franchisor.

- It is conducted at the franchisor's training facility, online, or at another designated location, possibly including webinars or internet components.
- The franchisee bears all training-related expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and salaries.
Additional Training
- Additional training programs or refresher courses are offered, and attendance may be required as deemed necessary by the franchisor.
- Franchisees and their Designated Manager might be required to attend up to two days of additional training annually.
- Franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with additional training.
Ongoing and On-Site Assistance
- The franchisor provides ongoing consultation and advice on the management and operation of the franchise.
- Additional onsite assistance is available upon request, subject to a fee.

territory
protection?
The franchisor provides franchisees with a Protected Territory. In this territory, the franchisor will not open, operate, or license any third party to own or operate a Franchised Business using the Marks. The typical size of this Protected Territory is a radius of two miles from the franchisee's location, but it can vary based on location and demographics.
The continuation of territorial exclusivity is not contingent on sales volume or market penetration. The franchisee may solicit customers or advertise outside their Protected Territory with the franchisor's prior written approval. However, the franchisor and its affiliates retain the right to establish and operate businesses outside the Protected Territory.

investment?
