Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee is $49,999 per Territory. This fee is due upon entering into the franchise agreement and is nonrefundable once paid. There is a $10,000 refundable deposit that is applied towards this fee. For honorably discharged veterans of the United States armed forces, there is a $10,000 discount on the Initial Franchise Fee, provided they present a copy of their DD214 form.

Royalty Fee

Franchisees are required to pay a royalty fee of 6% of Gross Revenues, with a minimum royalty of $597 per month starting from the third month of operations or the third month after the agreed-upon opening date for outlets not opened on time. "Gross Revenues" includes all revenues derived from the operation of the franchised business, excluding sales and use taxes.

Marketing Fee

The local marketing requirement varies depending on the number of members at the outlet. For outlets with 300 members or fewer, the greater of 4% of Gross Revenues or $2,000 per month is required.

For outlets with more than 300 members, the greater of 4% of Gross Revenues or $1,000 per month is mandated. Franchisees must spend these funds to promote the business locally according to the franchisor's guidelines.

Initial Training
