Initial Training Program

Before opening the franchise business, F45 Training provides an initial training program. This program is essential for both the franchisee and the Key Person. They must complete this training to the satisfaction of F45 Training within 2 months after signing the franchise agreement.

If not completed satisfactorily within this timeframe, F45 Training reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement. The training is typically scheduled on a weekly basis, subject to demand.

The agenda for the initial training program includes:

  • Study of Operations Manual: This involves 10 hours of classroom training at home.
  • Shadow Training: This training takes place in Las Vegas and spans 20 hours.
  • Conducting Classes: This training can be conducted either in Las Vegas or another mutually agreed location. It also lasts for 20 hours.

The total duration for the initial training program is 40 hours. While there is no fee charged by F45 Training for this initial training program, franchisees are responsible for covering the costs of travel, lodging, meals, and compensation for themselves and their employees during the training.
