Initial Franchise Fee

You must pay an initial franchise fee of $10,000 upon the execution of the agreement. This fee is non-refundable.

Royalty Fee

Franchisees are required to pay a royalty fee on or before a specified day of each month. This royalty fee is equivalent to5% of the Gross Sales of the Gym. The first payment of this royalty is due on the specified day of the month following the month during which the gym first opens for business.

Marketing Fee

Franchisees generally must spend at least 7% of the Gym’s Gross Sales each calendar year on approved marketing materials and other approved advertising, marketing, and promotional programs for the Gym.

Out of this, up to 1% of the Gym’s Gross Sales will be administered by Blink Fitness on digital marketing. This 1% is payable by the tenth day of each month based on the Gym’s Gross Sales from the previous month.

Initial Orientation and Training

This program may include training at their designated training facility or through a web-based platform. While the initial orientation and training programs are provided at no additional fee, you will be responsible for the compensation, travel, and living expenses of the Operating Principal and Club Manager during orientation and training.

Opening Support

Upon successful completion of the initial training program and during the Gym’s initial opening period, the franchise will provide up to five (5) days of local in-market training for supervisory employees and opening support for the Gym.

Additional Training

If your Operating Principal or the Club Manager fails to complete the initial training program to the franchise's satisfaction, or if they determine after an inspection that additional training is necessary because the Gym is not operating according to Brand Standards, they may require that he or she attend additional training sessions. You will also be responsible for the attendees’ compensation and travel and living expenses during training.

Ongoing and Supplemental Training

The franchise may require your Operating Principal and/or the Club Manager to attend and satisfactorily complete various training courses, programs, and conventions offered periodically by them or by third parties.
