Does

Blaze Pizza

provide

training

to its

franchisees?

Yes,
Blaze Pizza
provides
training

Blaze Pizza is committed to ensuring that its franchisees are well-prepared to operate their restaurants effectively. To achieve this, they have a structured training program in place. Here's a breakdown of the training process:

  • Before opening a Blaze Pizza restaurant, franchisees must undergo a comprehensive training program. This program is designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to run the restaurant efficiently and maintain the brand's standards.
  • The training covers various aspects of restaurant operations, including the preparation of Blaze Pizza's signature artisan-style pizzas, customer service, and the use of required equipment and computer systems.
  • In addition to the initial training, Blaze Pizza provides ongoing support and training opportunities for its franchisees. This ensures that they stay updated with the latest operational techniques and brand standards.

Does

Blaze Pizza

provides

territory

protection?

Franchisees of Blaze Pizza are permitted to operate their Restaurant solely at the accepted location. This location is specified in the Franchise Agreement. If a franchisee hasn't identified a location when signing the agreement, it will be amended once a location is chosen and accepted by the franchisor.

It's important to note that franchisees are not guaranteed any specific location and might not get their top choice. Relocation of the accepted location requires prior written approval from the franchisor.

Once an accepted site for the Restaurant is established, the franchisor will designate a territory. However, if the franchisee operates a Non-Traditional Restaurant, they will not receive any exclusivity or territorial protections. Furthermore, the territory, if granted, will be determined at the sole discretion of the franchisor.

Can a

Blaze Pizza

franchise

be run as

a passive

investment?

For those considering a franchise with Blaze Pizza, active participation in the restaurant's operations is emphasized. The operation of the franchised restaurant should always be under the direct control of either the Operating Principal or a Restaurant Manager.

Whenever the restaurant is open or when any pre-opening or post-closing activities are being conducted, it must be managed by someone who has successfully completed Blaze Pizza's training.

If this is the first restaurant operated by the franchisee in a particular trade area, they must have three certified Restaurant Managers for at least the first 30 days of operation.
