Royalty Fee (Monthly Fee)

Franchisees are required to pay a Monthly Fee, which serves as the royalty payment. The Monthly Fee for the franchisee's center will initially be $699 per month if the franchisee, directly or through their affiliates, owns and operates one to nine Anytime Fitness Centers.

Initial Training

This is then followed by a two (2) to five (5) day in-person job shadowing training experience held at a location designated by the franchisor.

Vitals Training

The Vitals program typically includes about 12 to 16 hours of training in business leadership and operations, marketing, prospecting, customer service, system-wide initiatives, and general business practice coaching.

This program is offered about 8 to 10 times each year and may be presented in a virtual format, in-person in various regions at a hotel, or at the corporate offices in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Coaching Suite Training

This training is included as part of the initial training program. Attendance is required by at least one of the Principal Owners before implementing the Coaching Suite at the Anytime Fitness center.

The Coaching Suite assists franchisees with implementing a training program that may include personal training, small group training, large group training, nutrition, and recovery coaching. These services can be provided to members in person or in a virtual format approved by the franchisor.

Anytime Fitness does provide territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring that no other Anytime Fitness center is located within a franchisee's designated protected territory.

Can a

Anytime Fitness

franchise

investment?

While the franchisee is not required to personally oversee the operations, there are specific guidelines and requirements for appointing someone else to manage the day-to-day operations. Therefore, it may not be entirely passive, especially given the oversight and training requirements.
