Advertising fee

$7,500 per month

Initial Franchise Fee

Upon execution of the agreement, the franchisee must pay an initial franchise fee of $60,000, which is fully earned upon payment and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Royalty Fee

The franchisee must pay an ongoing royalty fee, which is the greater of 7% of the Gross Revenue of the franchisee's business or a minimum royalty. The minimum royalty is $2,500 per month for the first six months following the opening of the franchised business, and $4,000 per month for each subsequent month.

Advertising Fee

The franchisor provides comprehensive training for franchisees and their personnel, which includes several components:

Initial Training Program

  • Primary Attendees: The franchisee (or one owner if the franchisee is an entity) and the designated manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the Franchised Business must attend the Initial Training Program.
  • Location: The training is conducted at the franchisor's corporate training location or another center designated by the franchisor, depending on the schedules and availability of the franchisor's training personnel.
  • Additional Attendees: Additional owners or managers can attend the training, subject to the availability of the franchisor's staff, provided the franchisee pays the franchisor's then-current initial training fee for each extra individual, along with any incurred expenses.

Replacement Personnel Training

  • The franchisor offers the Initial Training Program for any replacement personnel or those who fail to complete the program, provided the franchisee pays the franchisor's then-current initial training fee and any associated costs and expenses.

Additional and Refresher Training

  • The franchisor may develop additional and refresher training courses and require franchisee management to attend. The franchisor may charge a training tuition fee for attending these courses, in addition to the franchisee's obligation to cover any incurred expenses. Franchisees and their management are not required to attend more than five days of additional/refresher training each year.
