Training and Support:

  1. Initial Training: The franchisor provides an initial franchise operations training course. This training is tuition-free. The franchisee, or if the franchisee is a legal entity, one of its principals approved by the franchisor, must attend and successfully complete this training before the franchised business opens. The franchisor may waive attendance and completion of all or any portion of this training at their discretion.
  2. Continuing Training: Franchisees and designated employees are required to attend and complete periodic refresher courses in 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C® operations. This includes mandatory training sessions held by the franchisor from time to time.
  3. Conferences: The franchisor may hold periodic national or regional conferences, including an annual conference, to discuss various business issues. Attendance at these conferences is mandatory for the franchisee and designated employees.

Expenses Related to Training:

  1. While the training itself is tuition-free, franchisees are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the initial franchise operations training, refresher or continuing training, and regional or national conferences.
