The LaVida Massa franchise offers territory protection. Franchisees receive exclusive territory determined by factors such as population and competition. They are restricted to operating within this territory unless they obtain written consent from the franchisor.

The franchisor commits not to operate or grant franchises for similar businesses within the franchisee's area. Franchisees' right to relocate their Center is subject to franchisor approval based on territory availability and other conditions. The continuity of a franchisee's territory is based on mutual agreement and not contingent on specific sales volumes or market penetration.
