Initial Franchise Fee

The Initial Franchise Fee is $50,000 for new studios. However, if you are approved by KickHouse Fitness to convert an existing fitness studio into a KickHouse™ Studio, the Initial Franchise Fee is $25,000. This fee is due and payable in full when you sign the Franchise Agreement and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Royalty Fee

You are required to pay KickHouse Fitness a Continuing Monthly Royalty Fee equal to six percent (6%) of Gross Sales for the previous month.

Marketing Fee

Initial Training Program

Before opening your Studio, you must complete the Initial Training Program, which will be conducted virtually or at a studio location determined by KickHouse Fitness. The training lasts approximately 3 days and includes instructional materials such as videos, the Operations Manual, and related forms.

There is no additional charge for these items. The training must be completed by the Operating Principal and all managers at least thirty (30) days prior to opening your Studio.

Continuing Education and Additional Training

KickHouse Fitness may require you or your employees to participate in continuing education programs and/or additional training. You must reimburse KickHouse Fitness for all costs it incurs to provide you with continuing education and additional training. For any training offered by KickHouse Fitness at your Approved Location, you shall pay any costs of travel, lodging, meals, and other incidental expenses that you or your employees incur.

Conference Attendance

KickHouse Fitness may require you to attend a conference no more than once per calendar year during the Term. You are responsible for your own expenses and those of your employees who attend any such conferences. KickHouse Fitness may require you to pay a fee of up to $500 per attendee to attend each annual conference.
